We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout. We accept payments through trusted third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other available methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free UK delivery using a tracked 48-hour service.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days as each item is custom printed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, including design choices.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement free of charge where appropriate.

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Puck City and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
